Joining DVA in 2014, Matt has the vision to modernise what was once a legacy firm. Taking the scars and skills from transforming DVA, Matt coaches and advises other business owners and accountancy firms in strategy, leadership, outsourcing and technology. A creative at his core Matt gets fulfilment from innovating and working with others to do meaningful and purpose-driven work. Matt serves as the Chairperson of the CPA Public Practice Committee.

Justin is passionate about ensuring clients understand what success means to them whether it means growing their wealth through a portfolio of investments, enjoying the independence of owning a business or building a company for future sale. His expertise includes business operations, team empowerment and development, accounting and tax with a range of experience from helping small to medium businesses grow, up to projects for listed companies.
